What is Included:
recent update: We have sold most of our places... Our unfurnished houses include a range/oven as well as a refrigerator. These are checked for proper operation prior to tenancy along with our 30 item pre-tenancy checklist such as smoke alarms, CO detector, drain operation, lock change, etc. Tenants supply their own furnishings. In the unfurnished houses, tenants pay their own utilities but there are a couple exceptions. All of our unfurnished houses have washer-dryer hookups and tenants supply their own W/D.
