A New Mexico horse won the Kentucky Derby a few years ago, so one of the people associated with Raton Rentals sponsored Cimarron artist Melinda Marlowe to do a mural in 2009 depicting the event.  The photo below is the finished product

Artist Katrina West shows off her work on another one of Raton Rentals' properties.  This is a depiction of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  The tenants who lived in this property for many years requested this image when we told them we planned to sponsor a mural.  If you don't know the story behind this iconic image, google it as it is a fascinating story.
